Information you provide

Requests may include your name, email, phone number, property address, project scope, permit references and correspondence. When you send a supporting document, it may contain property, owner, contractor or project information. For notary and loan-signing inquiries, start with the document type, number of signers, location and appointment preference.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers or identification documents through a general inquiry form. Any identity-verification requirements for a notary appointment should be handled through the service arranged for that appointment.

How we use information

We use request information to respond, discuss services and fees, coordinate agreed permit work, communicate project requirements and maintain relevant business records. Where required for an agreed project, information may be provided to the applicable permitting authority, contractor or other project participant.

A consultation request does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Bigin forms and client status

The consultation form is provided by Bigin by Zoho. Information entered there is sent to All Permit Pros through that service. A project-specific Bigin status link may require a one-time code sent to the email associated with the linked client contact. The status reflects the record maintained by our team; it is not an automatic feed from a government permitting system.

Keep status links private and contact us if a link or associated email is incorrect. Zoho handles its service data under its own privacy policy.

Earlier website requests and uploads

Earlier requests and supporting uploads submitted through the website’s own forms are retained in the business owner’s private website dashboard. Those records are separate from Bigin and are not automatically synchronized. Earlier website project links display the update maintained for that link; anyone to whom you forward such a link may be able to view that update.

Website usage, cookies and external services

The website hosting provider and embedded services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and service logs to deliver and protect their services. Embedded Bigin forms and authentication may use cookies or similar technology. The current website code does not include a separate Google Analytics or advertising-tracking script.

Links to WhatsApp, text messaging, Instagram and other external services take you to services with their own privacy practices. Your browser settings can restrict cookies, although embedded forms or authentication may then work differently.

Payments and service records

This website does not currently have a shopping cart, product delivery or an on-site payment checkout. Service scope, fees and payment arrangements are discussed separately. Do not enter payment credentials in consultation or project messages.

Retention and your questions

Request and project records are kept for service, business and applicable recordkeeping needs. To ask about information we hold or request a correction or deletion, contact info@allpermitpros.com. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing project or applicable obligations. Please identify the relevant request or project without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
